I seen the Gary o'conner thing in the paper today. For a change what Douglas Rae says is mostly true!

Yeh mate, O'Connor has made no effort to get himself fit, I'm 51 and more mobile than him. He won't be at Cappielow next season anyway.

Rangers loanee Barrie McKay probably had his best game for us on Wednesday culminating in a fantastic run and goal from the hallway line, he'll be an asset for you when he comes back if he can overcome his lack of motivation.

Wasn't there on Saturday, but a 2-0 win over Livingston combined with a 5-0 thrashing for Cowdenbeath keeps us clinging on by our fingernails to the Championship.

Looks possible you's could be tasting the wonderful pubs of Annan once we gain promotion through the play offs ;)

I thought Kenny would have done a better job tbh

How's that Barrie MacKay getting on? He was The Rangers only shining light last season and seemed strange he didn't get the chance this season with them. Although I believe McCoist doesn't fancy him due to him actually being able to play football on the deck.

He's clearly a very good football player and has scored in both of the last two games, however, he usually looks like he would rather be anywhere other than playing for us.

A few good away trips next season, looking forward to it.

Alloa 2-0 Morton

Relegated with a whimper today, no fight or commitment from most of the team.

Must thank Dougie Imrie for being one of the few who actually seemed to care, giving a fan his shirt today and for scoring the winner against Celtic earlier in the season.

Morton 1-0 Dundee

Battling display, albeit too late, to beat the league leaders today on a beautiful sunny day on the Clyde Riviera. Great run by Rowan Vine and excellent finish by my POTY Dougie Imrie to give us an unexpected victory.

Morton 1-1 Falkirk

After de-railing Dundee's title challenge last week, we did the same to Falkirk's today. One of those games where it was difficult to say which team was going for the title and which was already relegated. I'll be glad to see the back of this season, but hopefully we'll bounce back at the first attempt.

10-2 away to Hamilton.
YEP!!!
The most embarrassing game I have ever had the misfortune to witness in 48 years of going to see Morton. It was one of those games where every attack looked like it would produce a goal. Massive clear-out required for next season. :(

p.s. why would toffeejack like this...seriously?

He's a Hamilton fan?

A full scale investigation would have been required had Dundee not won yesterday.

Horrendous result , any of the first team missing ? .
I bought a share in Stirling Albion a few years back while on holiday when they were trying to buy of the owner , so they would be a side I watch out for . Into the play offs after yesterday's result

Unfortunately we had a full compliment of players and never even had the excuse of having anyone sent off.

Have now read that Hamilton had 11 shots on target and scored with 10.

Hopefully be visiting the bright lights of Greenock next season if Annan can negotiate our way through the play offs.

Our star striker "King" Kenneth MacKay is reported to have signed a pre contract at Morton having only played league football for the first time this season. Absolute flying machine, big and strong and can't half find the net.

Good luck, had a trip to Annan for the Ramsdens cup tie at the start of the season. Great set up you've got there.

Morton manager Kenny Shiels has resigned after Morton's 10-2 defeat at Hamilton. Good luck for the future Kenny.
