As we all know they don't need a complaint, and it's a slam dunk case if they wanted to pursue it.No charge from the coppers concerning Carragher spitting from a car travelling at speed into a kids face because no complaint was made.
That would have been exactly the same decision the coppers would have come to if it were you or I, of course.

One rule for them, another for us, if one of our players was caught doing that and the Police prosecuted them for it I'd say they deserve it.

The guy whose daughter got spat on has to go on a driving safety course while the [Poor language removed] who spat out of his car at another motorist whilst driving in heavy traffic walks away laughing.
Yeah I've no problem with him getting done, but why just him.. it's almost unbelievable. This is exactly the correct outcome for the guy filming. The two things shouldn't be tied together.
It's surprising that grebbing out of a window doesn't constitute "driving without due care or attention" though

It's dangerous driving, is Carra looking where he's going?, what happens if someone steps out infront of him?I’m not particularly keen on carragher getting charged but I am keen on the law being enforced fairly . Just for clarity in this situation the complaint is a child , so a child is apparently consenting to an assault by an adult , good luck with anybody else trying that. Also when Duncan Ferguson was convicted and imprisoned I’m not even sure the fella he’d butted wanted to complain .
'It's not in the public interest to charge him' wtf is that about.
