No charge from the coppers concerning Carragher spitting from a car travelling at speed into a kids face because no complaint was made.

As we all know they don't need a complaint, and it's a slam dunk case if they wanted to pursue it.

One rule for them, another for us, if one of our players was caught doing that and the Police prosecuted them for it I'd say they deserve it.

I’m not particularly keen on carragher getting charged but I am keen on the law being enforced fairly . Just for clarity in this situation the complaint is a child , so a child is apparently consenting to an assault by an adult , good luck with anybody else trying that. Also when Duncan Ferguson was convicted and imprisoned I’m not even sure the fella he’d butted wanted to complain .

This is exactly the correct outcome for the guy filming. The two things shouldn't be tied together.

There's specific laws on mobile phone usage when driving but presumably the "without care or attention" must be quite hard to prove conclusively?

It's dangerous driving, is Carra looking where he's going?, what happens if someone steps out infront of him?

Good point that mate. Carragher leans out of the window, eyes aren't on the road in front, so he's not in control of his car.
