Remember when Koeman and Silva would play the exact same formation every game and only ever substitute the two wide forwards after the 70 minute mark regardless of the situation in the game or what the opposition were doing?

Carlo is the man. He makes the substitutions that the fans are thinking. As soo as the game was getting away from us Kean was off for Delph and we were back in control.

You don’t win what he has in the game without being tactically aware. People think he’s won the things he has just cos he’s been at top clubs.

We've had trouble staying in games when the opponent's equalise since the Moyes days- it's nice not seeing our arse go and continue to stay cool. Normally we have 20 minutes of panic stations and calamity defending.
