What a difference Gomes makes. Decent performance, will have shown him a lot about the team.. particularly those that need binned (Schneiderlin, Sigurdsson, Iwobi and probably Sidibe).

The CL dream was never a reality, finish strong now and push for top 7.

He needs to be looking at that and seeing the mentality is such a big issue. I thought they played well when they went 3-2 down but if the game had stayed at 2-2 would we have taken the game to them like that? Of course we wouldn´t.

The problem is, we score one of those chances to level it up we would probably have sat back and conceded the 4th. Such is our mentality.
