With Coleman essentially a bit player, James Tarkowski has become the de facto captain of our beloved blues. Aside from his game play, I believe Tarko’s leadership and mentality is not strong enough for his role. His latest antics against Forest is just another example of dodgy reckless decisions that threaten results.

isn’t Pickers too mad? Plus goalies are rarely captain as it’s difficult to marshal the team other than when you’re defending a corner etc.

I would however like to see Jake and Jarrod play together, so it has to be someone.

Love the lad already and definitely future captain candidate material, but simply not been here long enough. Gueye could be a good captain I think.

Yeah I think you have a point. Which is probably why I’m doubting that we’ll see him dropped this season, barring injury.

Love the lad already and definitely future captain candidate material, but simply not been here long enough. Gueye could be a good captain I think.

Gana I would count out as he may not be playing for us much longer.
