he'll have a series of flags that he can hold up like , penalty to Liverpool, offside, penalty to Liverpool, throw in, penalty to Liverpool. How's the ref going to blow his whistle ?![]()
Imagine playing 90+ minutes in a league as fast paced as the PL with a mask on lol
Can't be good for you.
Possibly, but for me that would end my association with the "prem" illusion for good. Wont miss it at all.I wish I shared everyones confidence that it was going to get voided but I can't shake the 'money overrides everything' mindset that football revolves around, especially the premier league.
I have not doubt it will be finished somehow just to give them the tin cup, but I'm not bothered because its tainted.I wish I shared everyones confidence that it was going to get voided but I can't shake the 'money overrides everything' mindset that football revolves around, especially the premier league.
Our defence has remained at least 2m away from opposing forwards for at least half of the season.Well, obviously they'd be implementing 2 metre social distancing as well. I mean they must be if they think the situation calls for masks.
Basically it'll be a giant game of table football.
Is that the new Leeds kit?why stop at a mask, I'd say if you need a mask, you need a white Tyvek suit, gloves, and eye protection.
Or snooker on a black n white television like the good old days. Its like tennis or snooker on the radio, totally pointless
Not for me. I've surprised myself how much I've missed the football. I'd fallen out with it over the last few years, but something like this hammers home what a beautiful game it is. Fans are football, of course. But just seeing some fresh games would mean a lot. Morale wise.Weirdly, not missing it in the slightest. In fact, unless a season can get going properly, with crowds basically, any attempt to "play" the matches will be irrelevant to me.
I find your nerve staggering, tbh. Yesterday you called me a 'prick', and here you are conversing away like it never happened. Have you got short term memory loss?Highly ambitious of them to think they might be back in action in two weeks, I just don’t see it happening sadly
It will become the new shirt tugging. Or even worse, an opposing player pulls on someone's mask and stretches the elastic until it catapults painfully back into the opponent's face. There are a few players that I would like to see that happen to though actually.10 minutes into the game and they will all be on the grass discarded because either they were annoying, they got pulled off when two players went up for a corner...etc or someone is gasping for air. Its a none starter, if you cant play without one you cant play
