Cancelling this season's Premier League

Should football be canceled until August and this season declared null and void?

It would be a one-off and would also be the only way to fit in a full season before the Euros if football doesn't resume in August, which it doesn't have a hope in hell of doing. The other options are finishing the 2019-20 season and nothing till the Euros, or just nothing till the Euros. Take your pick, but I know which option I prefer. As for international breaks, the Euros are basically set and the World Cup in 2022 isn't until December, IIRC, so there would be time in the summer of 2022 to get a large chuck of the qualifiers played.
Too complicated

Congratulations, you've just scrambled my brain!
My drinks cabinet beckons.

Now that the tv companies dont want their money back it makes the premier league's decision a lot easier, i still think its just a matter of time until this is voided.

We have no idea whether the TV companies want their money back or not yet.

Just cos a few journos think they are gonna kiss goodbye to 720m it doesnt make it true.

But its not just the TV companies most clubs have to worry about.

Heres an example of how many people United need to worry about.

Already started, mate. But to simplify:
Option 1 -- Get the 20-21 season going by no later than Jan. 1, scrapping the cups and international breaks. Finish mid-May.
Option 2 -- Finish the current season, then head into the Euros.
Option 3 -- Just wait for the Euros.

I vote for the first option, if it's at all possible.

Continuing this season could danger even the euros

How? There are only nine or 10 games left for each team. Plenty of time to wrap that up, but -- and it's a huge but -- that assumes football is even ready to get started in the foreseeable future. The thing is, as has been stated by countless posters on here, the greater danger to smaller clubs is losing a whole season, not voiding this one. Some on here -- including one notable recent departure -- beg to differ.

TBF they could just do what they've done with the players and add the missing months on to everyone's sponsorship contracts or TV deals.

Suprised the Ryder Cup haven't pulled, I think they will at some point, love watching that
mmm, not sure about that, September usually isn’t it? We should be ok by then fingers crossed, I’m booked to go to Crete, hoping to god we can go. But if we do go, I’ll miss the RC anyway lol

That's going to happen in any case as society needs to start getting back to some semblance of normalcy before economies go completely bust, and it will have to happen before any vaccine is available. That's why the current "lockdowns" are in place -- to mitigate against an all-out explosion of the virus and enable health care systems to at least have a fighting chance.
