No. Belgian league has a regular season then splits into a two-way play-off system where 1st to 6th play each other twice to determine a league winner. 7th to 16th + some teams from the second division also play each other twice in a sort of group system.

Ah ok, so it's basically not comparable at all. I mean unless we propose a play off competition to determine the champions the point still stands.

All I hear is it has to be finished for the integrity of the league. The integrity has gone, it wouldn't be the same season. There are teams fighting relegation who would of played a spurs team with a massive long term injury crisis, all them players will be back fit, same as teams playing united with pogba and rashford being back when they wouldn't of played. The same results won't happen as if the season had of concluded naturally. To long a time will have pasted. How is that integrity?

Yeh their league is mental and I don't know why they have it like that. Can just slack off, finish 6th, then win the league somehow.

They have a 6 week playoffs to decide the champion here

But CB comfortably won the regular league format.

No Prem team has won the League format.
