Big strikers develop late. Drogba was nothing special until his mid-late 20s. Vic is getting better and can probably still improve, however he lacks the finishing ability that say Benetke has.

There's a handful of things he does really well, if you play to his strengths he can produce more. He's not a world beater but he could be a difficult player to deal with for defenders if you get the ball to his feet in the box. His attitude has improved but I just wish he'd spend more time trying to wind up defenders rather than winding himself up.
