After numerous years of constant eating me and my mrs are a right pair of fatty's and so have decieded to go on a diet. Are there any other obesse people out there that can recomend a good diet or even tasty diet type food? I like fry up's, biscuits, and pies mostly but i suppose salad is ok too. We're considering weight watchers online, has anyone tried it? Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks

the answer to that is no, as obese ppl are obviously also not aware of this good diet - fat burning foods you wanna eat

Id just stop eating for a while.

You may die but your bound to get slimmer along the way.

I havent tried it but it might work!
 
You lose weight if you expend more energy than you take in.

So do more exercise (and look at one of the many websites or print guides about energy consumption).

And eat and drink less (and look at one of the many websites or print guides about energy intake - otherwise known as calories).

This type of diet and that type of diet and this type of food or that type of food are just obscuring this basic fact.
 

Or you could try reality TV. You could lose weight, find your new inner motivation, get paid, and become somewhat the celebrity of a minor glossy magazine story.

I lost just over 4 stone, in about 6-7 months, simply by starting to cut down and making things healthier. I live off cereal, soup and spaghetti on toast, mash and fish fingers most of the time.

I still have a time when I let go, at the weekends, putting no limits on my ale and late night scran and Chippy Tea on Fridays!

I'm a fussy eater and a [Poor language removed] cook, so there is nothing like salads in my diet change, or anything hard to make.

The first thing you can do, is swop maybe things like full fat coke for Coke Zero.

Crisps like McCoys, for Quavers/French Fries/Ryvita Limbo's etc.

Biscuits? Only have Jaffa Cakes.

Do that, then start to half the things that you eat, 4 peices of toast to 2.

Then do stuff like a bit more walking here and there, to places easy to walk to. Play footie a couple of times a week, go the gym to do the weights the other days.

I have plenty of advice, would love to speak to you in more detail about it if you wish, do you have Messener or anything?
 
I lost alot of weight by cutting out lager/beer. When I was out I would drink vodka and lemonade instead of a pint of Stella. This coupled with exercise really helped.

i did the same thing i used to drink shed loads of booze , i lost weight over 2 stone just from giving up drinking the diet was called getting married i think(y)
 

quickest way to lose all that dead-weight, get a divorce :lol: or to get rid even quicker call her by her sisters/mums/brothers name when your on the sturdies.

Seriously though, my advice is

-Stop eating Sugery foods and drinks. No more coke and crap.
-Eat healthy. No take away. Ever. Unless its healthy. Salads arent neccesary but change your eating habits. Good breakfast, skip lunch or just eat friut and nice big dinner not too late.
-Watch Jamie Oliver but go easy on the fats and butters.
-Eat Vietnamese Beef noddle soup. It wont make you skinny but it tastes awesome with a little chilli. Itll make you feel heaps better.
-Exercise everyday goddamn it. Go for a walk and every week walk abit further. Have more sex. Its the best exercise.
One thing Ive noticed about Poms is the abuse they put there bodies through with their love of all things fatty.
Move to another country would be my solution

Mate the Wife has lost nine stone I lost 6 stone on slimming world diet trouble is after a couple of years you get fed up with the same things every day but for a short time it works great if you only need to lose a few pounds(y)

I lost a few stone by cutting out carbs like pasta, potatoes, bread, never eat anything that contains more than 5% fat content.And if you think that you're still hungry even after a meal, wait for 10 minutes for your brain to tell you that you are indeed full, i know that sounds daft but it does work.
