After numerous years of constant eating me and my mrs are a right pair of fatty's and so have decieded to go on a diet. Are there any other obesse people out there that can recomend a good diet or even tasty diet type food? I like fry up's, biscuits, and pies mostly but i suppose salad is ok too. We're considering weight watchers online, has anyone tried it? Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks
I lost just over 4 stone, in about 6-7 months, simply by starting to cut down and making things healthier. I live off cereal, soup and spaghetti on toast, mash and fish fingers most of the time.
I still have a time when I let go, at the weekends, putting no limits on my ale and late night scran and Chippy Tea on Fridays!
I'm a fussy eater and a [Poor language removed] cook, so there is nothing like salads in my diet change, or anything hard to make.
The first thing you can do, is swop maybe things like full fat coke for Coke Zero.
Crisps like McCoys, for Quavers/French Fries/Ryvita Limbo's etc.
Biscuits? Only have Jaffa Cakes.
Do that, then start to half the things that you eat, 4 peices of toast to 2.
Then do stuff like a bit more walking here and there, to places easy to walk to. Play footie a couple of times a week, go the gym to do the weights the other days.
I have plenty of advice, would love to speak to you in more detail about it if you wish, do you have Messener or anything?
