odds please.......mrs evans slims down to a size 8, mr evans falters as when mrs evans is "at the gym" he nips out for a kebab, then mrs evans does one with her fitness instructor who's been getting stuck into a kebab on a tuesday evening himself:D

dietary advice is deffo not my forte, i can eat like an army and just never put any weight on, which can be a problem if ever sick as it tends to fall off and then you really struggle to put any on. by rights i should be the fattest fecker on here, yet i have the body of an adonis:lol:

the wierd thing is we dont eat badly. No junk food at all really apart from the occasional curry. We just eat a lot of nice stuff thats the prob. Anyway im sick of looking like a fat bloke so im deffo giving it a go. Need to lose about 4 stone i think

Get one of them electric scales that does your water, muscle, fat and bone percentages and weigh yourselves every fortnight once you've started. Keep a record.

its all that rich stuff that causes it, sauces etc.
at the moment i cant decide between the chippy and the kebab shop for tea.

not wanting to contradict vim but i never eat in the morning, often dont eat lunch and then stuff myself with all the stuff that supposedly makes you pile it on from tea-time onwards. saying that though if someone sticks a full english in front of me in a morning i'll bury it (black pudding and all), chippy dinner then a full roast for tea and i can keep that up without putting on a pound, not eating in the day doesnt seem to have a detrimental effect on me either. that gillian mckeith would love to experiment with me and rummage through my shoite like a box of trinkets.

All depends on your metabolism Reidy, i have a slow metabolism whereas yours is probably at a vastly higher rate.Thankfully i'm no longer overweight but i still have to be cautious about what i eat and when i eat it, but i never go hungry, even when i was starting my diet, i just ate lots of pulses like chick peas, lentils, barley etc in a wonderous broth with a nice dollop of HP sauce.

i bet you produced a wonderous broth as well  deffo metabolism though, mine doesnt seem to shut down and i dont know if this is also related but i can get by on not much sleep as well, dont get me wrong i like a good kip, but i can survive no probs with 6 hours a night

The volume and quantity of farts such meals produced was phenomenal, i farted so loudly and aggresively one night that my dog starting barking with sheer terror at the ungodly noise.
