I'd happily get rid of Lukaku. £50m right now and I'd snatch peoples arms off for it.

He isn't good enough for our overall play. We need to rebuild the spine of the squad, and it starts with getting rid of him and having a coherent plan for a game instead of just hoping beyond hope he turns up.

Odd thing to say after his second half showing. Played as much of a role in us getting back into that as Bolasie. Didn't get everything right, but never stopped showing himself for the ball, making runs, dropping in to help etc. You do say some really odd things about Lukaku, mind.

We can't attract a better goalscorer; we can attract a better footballer.

And that's the problem with us - everything breaks down in the final third as we have a trio of absolute belters who turn up in five minute spurts every game.

Ok, i saw about two thirds of that game, and overall i think we played well and deserved more. But maybe it's about time we called time on Barkley. He was largely a passenger, making countless poor decisions. We need eleven men out there if we are to compete at the highest level, and i don't think we can afford the luxury of a guy capable of occasional flashes of brilliance if we are to compete at the highest level.

I do believe you are right there mate. The language coming from Koeman suggests that he's in the last chance saloon. It'd be a crying shame, but how long do you give him ?.

Bad day today - we were poor. However, you've now got people saying the season is over and we're 9 games in. That mentality and we'll get what we deserve...

Not my mentality. The players don't get it. They don't get what we expect. They think this is fine because we drew at city.

Eventually we need to start from scratch and turf these out. Why not do it now rather than drift for another 3 seasons.

Was a baffling one, I'll acknowledge that.

Whole team failed to show up today, though. Bad all-round.

He needs to change it big style for West Ham.

Players aren't there to change things...we had a very poor transfer window....for me this season is almost a write off as far as judging Koeman as a result....we need at least 4 signings to make us competitive.....just look at our bench today, Deulofeu aside we had zero options....we have too many average players....
