If all crime stopped, police would be out of a job and they don't want that, they want to keep crime going so they can still ride the gravy train and take money from the hard working working class hard workers who work hard to pay their wages!

Im not arguing Lawyers dont play an important role in the legal system - what im arguing is they are mercenaries who will ultimately defend anyone as long as they get paid - why do you think Man City's human rights abusing owners were crowing about taking on UEFA with "the best lawyers around?".

They dont want a utopia or a world without crime, divorce, discrimination they make a living off it!!!

Its also hypocritical when the same people argung against me are often the same ones who do nothing but call the police (who are just as important in society) "bullies on ego trips" lol

Why I keep engaging is beyond me, but I guess we can pretty much all start our posts with that, but your final line isn't people being hypocrtical they are clearly and obviously connected. If you believe the police to be 'bullies on ego trips' then you quite clearly would want all defendants to have very good lawyers.

Oh, AND, the average criminal defence lawyer makes around £50k a year - a good but hardly being bankrolled by criminals and legal aid lawyers are making less and less thanks to politicians who want to curry favour with people like you

The problem is that the police don’t arrest all the people who do bad things. English people vote some of them into government, that government then promote polices which allow some others to make disgusting sums of money and then the Queen give them honours.
