They are all set up correctly for the level that they are performing at. At some point they will falter and it will be interesting to see if they have built enough resilience into their clubs to survive that - I strongly suspect that they have.
Also there's only 20 or 30 teams in the world outside the Premier League that can compete with them financially. Any agile PL team prepared to take on potential talents from anywhere in the world should be able to recreate their successes. Pay attention Everton!

Irritatingly well ran tbh. I thought they would struggle with the promoted throw in coach, but he’s done a cracking job tbf.
Made some very decent signings and they sell players for boss money, just like the other two poxy little clubs that get on my tits, Brighton and Bournemouth.
Fair play to all of them, I’m quite jealous of how professionally they are ran and are doing, considering their resources.

Yes if you don’t have a manager dictating want players he wants.
Remember when Leicester were the example of a well run club...….very hard for those clubs to sustain.

It's everything about the clubs, from top to bottom..

You take whoever you want out the club, players, managers, head of recruitment, and it doesn't effect the structure.
All 3 of them had the time being lower division teams and lower expectations to mould their clubs.
It surely has to hit a point though that fans get fed up of losing everyone constantly.
