I tend to do this one night a week too mate. I'd go a bit mental eating clean all week without having a binge to look forward to.

That's what I usually do, but I've started to let a 'daily treat' slip back in to my diet during the week. Need to cut that out!

Same here but I've been good since Tuesday . Just going to keep it to the weekend now . I'd go insane if I went cold turkey haha
