Just officially expressed my interest in the soon to be vacant team leader role in work. Basically my team leaders job.

funny thing is, everyone here thinks its already my job so no pressure there then!

btw i have the most experience in stepping up for it and the hours are 11:30 to 8 so not the most sociable of hours which puts people off. My team leader currently was one of 2 that went for it.
