So managers should only ever wait for the game to turn before making a sub?! We did that against Wolves and again here. I’d rather the manager realised we’re 2-0 up and reasonably comfortable having not played brilliantly, and brought players on to improve our play.

We could shut up shop with good ball retention in midfield, as opposed to dropping everyone deep and relying on defenders.
