My best mate as a kid was a Bolton fan, he used to offer to take me every week and I used to turn it down, but there was 1 day that I wish I'd gone along tbh.


He used to tell me about this midfielder they had, then when we signed him he refused to speak to me. I saw him the other week for the 1st time in about 25+ years, I informed him that I had been conversing with the said midfielder that morning on Twitter and was met with "feck off, I've still not forgiven you for taking him away." I copped off with his bird (we were about 14 ffs) and he caught us, he wasn't even arsed about that.
