Since we haven't really pushed on since we sacked him, I've often wondered if we did sack him too soon?

Could he of turned it around, I know that third season was grim but we havent exactly been that much better since, and it was the start of the revolving nanagers office door that has damaged us.

Nah, a hugely limited coach. Nice bloke, and represented Everton brilliantly. Him at the Hillsborough service at Anfield was class.

As an Everton manager, personality and compassion wise he encompassed everything I could ever want.

When you got to the brass tacks of the matter though he couldn't organise a defence and his ignorance of set pieces was borderline criminal.

Lovely bloke, nothing but time for him but please don't ever come back to manage us.

Yep. He is a good man. Thats way more important, ultimately, at sorting a back 4 out.
