Player Valuation: £60m
Accrington on 17th July, middweek and Blackburn away a week on Saturday after. Imagine there will be a game inbetween

Actually three were announced
Accrington Blackburn and Austria Vienna

"The Blues will travel to the Austrian capital on Sunday 14 July to face the Austrian champions (kick-off to be confirmed) before returning to England to face League Two Accrington at the Storefirst Stadium on Wednesday 17 July (7.45pm kick-off) and their Lancashire neighbours Blackburn at Ewood Park on Saturday 27 July (2pm kick-off)." (From the official website)

I'm guessing we won't be playing Preston this year.

Doubt it mate. That link has gone now. 3 years since we last played them pre-season, July 2010 was the last time.

I'm happy with what's been announced. Saturday July 20th is still empty so probably one more game to be announced.

Yes but we already had a thread for hte Vienna game.

Hans tours are doing coaches for all 3 matches, i dunno if i could coach it to Austria, but the flights seem expensive tho.

Coach to Austria - now that is mad! Would take a full 24 hours just to get there. You'd probably have to leave the Friday morning.

I once went on Hans coach to Germany (and back) for the Nuremberg game in 2007. Hell of an experience, brilliant time overall.

You have to travel to Europe by coach at least once, just to experience it (the good and the bad!)

The game is on a Sunday, so would be friday night would it not? or something

Sorry my mistake, yeah, the Friday morning I meant. Gone back and edited it now.

I remember for the Nuremberg game, it was something like £100 return on the coach, which was a pretty good deal, compared to £300/£400 for flights etc. I was a skint student at the time, so funds were short.
