Where on earth do you begin with that?

Needless sending off, two goal lead blown by hopeless defending, and one of our players seriously injured.

I cant think of too many more deflating days in the recent past as this one today. Gutting on every single level.

*Delete if necessary mods. I'm just thinking there might be a need for a generic thread that's devoted to this game outside of the football dimension.

We threw away a 2 goal lead against these horrors the weekend my dad passed away.

This result has brought it all back.
Felt numb for over an hour.

Nice one Everton, and k'off Bournemouth.

Can't recall you making those type of threads when we were blowning away leads due to hopeless defending under Martinez.

Yes, yes it is.

How so? Genuinely.

Martinez's transition - in the first three games - was slower than this. Much more disjointed.
Don't even remember Koeman's first three games and can't be arsed going to find out how it was.

We've already adapted quicker to Silva's system than the last two, that's a cert.

He's working with a squad of players who are the remnants of the last four managers. One of his signings has played significant time and he's been our best player with ease.

We drew every game 2-2 in Martinez’ first three games, iirc. Think it was against Norwich, Leicester and Arsenal and we should have won them all. Think it included throwing away a 2-0 lead against Arsenal, too. Scarily similar to how we are now. The only difference being that we have players to come in and replace the garbage we have still in this team.

Not worth comparing to Koeman, because he doesn’t play a style similar to his.

I’m all for attacking, but at 2-0, you don’t leave a player like Davies on the pitch. Terrible management today. Hopefully this will be a learning curve. Nothing less than three wins on the run now is good enough. Rotherham, Huddersfield and West Ham at home should be bankers.

First three Martinez games. Norwich, Cardiff, WBA.

Different.
