I dunno...but most of the board don't realize they're choking the club.

I think moyes does enough then hands it off to someone who'll say they'll sort it...knowing full well a fiver and packet of winegums ain't gonna buy anyone
 
Think Moyes gets a budget, does a list, Elstone does the sums and Bill and he do the deals. Think Moyesy get involved in speaking with other managers and speaking to players about role etc, gives the final ok on the worth and price being payed - quality.

In the main i would say agreeing fees and wages in Bill and Bob, maybe even Woods.

Cyclacal really with different people with different roles.

So to summise i dont have a clue.
