Anyone who boo's our new manager are a disgrace.

Better off, don't turn up at all if that's the case.

Never been more embarrassed or ashamed of our so called 'best fans in the world'

Who ever it is shoykd get our support until there is a reason not to

Who on earth thinks we are the “best fans in the world”?

You've seriously never heard that notion?!

Anyway the point is, we mock & slag off them lot over the park for how their fans behave. Take one look in all these Allardyce threads, and your see just as much trailer park trash in here as to what we'd expect from them.

Disgusting

I dont! They refuse to accept the same crap people like you think we should accept.

No, I haven’t :(

Read plenty on here calling us the worst fans in the world, though :pint2:

It's not about what we should accept or not!

I've gone on record to say he wouldn't be my first choice.

BUT he is, so we have to accept it & support him. If we want to continue to have a toxic Goodison, which in the end effects performances & moral, we deserve to be relegated.

I'd much rather get behind my team, which includes the manager & hope that we can start climbing the table.

You refer to him as 'crap'. Well news flash, that's all we've been able to attract because quite frankly the teams crap too. Hence the reason we are in this mess.

Simeone, Ancelotti, Tuchel, Silva etc etc WERE NOT INTERESTED.

Can you even accept that?! Who's left & most importantly REALISTIC?!

And that is why there is a good chance that is exactly what they will do.
It is the Everton way.

Indeed.

It would be quite extraordinary if the club had agreed and Sam had signed a contract and he was not introduced to the crowd as our new guvnor.

It is what every club does....the caretaker picks the team and remains in charge as the new fellow watches on from the stands.

In normal circumstances it boosts both the crowd and the team.

That we might not do it tonight shows just how much even our board know it to be an unpopular appointment.

Now, I do not believe for one moment there would be widespread booing if it was announced tonight.

There would be no great negative reaction from the crowd.

But nor would there be any enthusiasm either......and at the heel of the hunt, that would be tantamount to the same thing:pint2:

I don't and I won't. The man is a [Poor language removed] crook, with morals of a gutter rat. I'd rather we gave it so Slaven Bilic ffs

As far as I'm aware he has never been prosecuted for any wrong doing so you can't call him a crook.
He would actually have a case for unfair dismissal from the FA.
Anyone talking about booing before a games been played should have a look at themselves, I doubt he is anyone's first choice, but we need to stabilise a bit before we can entice the major names.

Surely they wont give him a 3 year contract.
This is a bit of an ince

The Allerdyce situation is quite unique.
On the one hand we have a manager who has come to the club on a relatively short contract and will probably keep us in the PL.
On the other hand he is a deeply divisive figure who will not be readily accepted by a large section of the fan base despite him being good at what he does (keeping teams up).
Interesting times ahead!

Why?

You want to accept his appointment that's fine. Your choice. I'd question your judgment in the same way had you gone out and bought a Skoda, but I'd accept it's your choice to make.

I would expect you to afford me the same courtesy and not tell what I should or shouldn't do.

If the club want to avoid having a toxic Goodison, then they shouldn't appoint Allardyce as the next manager. They could virtually appoint any other manager and avoid such an outcome.

Like who?! They've all turned us down!

Personally I think a video of Big Fat Scam pole dancing while Moshiri and Bill stuff his leopard skin thong with money as the revealing of our new manager is most apt. Sammy Lee would be the j*zz mop.
