I don't mind Rooney playing, but what is with the complete love for him? I mean ffs he requested to leave us & probably will never re-join (unless he has no big money contract on the table)

But it does show you what we need in the team. Somebody to charge at the defence and have shots. We never do that unless Barkley is having a decent game. Whilst we only have Kone to backup Lukaku, we could easily be in relegation trouble again.

Right now the the only thing phenomenal about anything to do with Everton is our ineptitude on the pitch and our remarkable injury record.

It was already demonstrated that our injury record is not all that remarkable.
