Naismith isn't a world beater by any stretch of the imagination, however I think he's shown that he isn't as poor as some people make out.

This pre-season he has been woeful and he does lack some raw ability, but he's at least earned some leeway over the last two seasons.

He's a decent second striker, playing off someone who can hold it up, but he should never be a lone striker ever.

Problem is, we don't have a striker who can hold it up, so he's effectively useless given how we play.
