This window was ideal to sort the dead wood but nothings being done.

Naismith isn't a world beater by any stretch of the imagination, however I think he's shown that he isn't as poor as some people make out.

This pre-season he has been woeful and he does lack some raw ability, but he's at least earned some leeway over the last two seasons.
