For all the negativity Beto receives, he’s in great company in terms of goals scored in the PL this season. Players he’s tied with are ones people on here say they wish we had. Well, we have our guy. I wouldn’t sell him at all. If you do, you have to at least replace his productivity. What we need is another goal score of his calibre or better next year. And all these goals are having played half matches or very little matches during the Barry/Beto experiment. Keep Beto.

Yep. any chance of getting a goal goes with him going off and barry coming on for me. Fed up of Barry been so bad and people acting like he will come good every week. scored a few goals in games he should have been subbed way earlier

He’s garbage mate. As that 1v1 showed. Shot went near the corner flag. If this club has serious aspirations for European football, he needs moving on a striker that can get you at least 15 goals, needs bringing in.

He's a wrecking ball of a striker which honestly works best with what we have right now. His ability on the ball is obviously very inconsistent but he will always put himself about does a lot of work for us. If he does end up going in the summer we better have the right profile in mind to replace him cause Barry definitely does not match what he brings at all.

I rate Beto. Great Evertonian. More goals than Salah. A goal behind Palmer, Richarlison, and Mbuemo. Ahead of Cunha. Ahead of Foden. Sometimes it’s ok to like Beto and want to keep him. I do. Most teams except one or two retain, not sell, scorers hitting 8 goals or higher. And Beto hasn’t even seen consistent time on the pitch until recently.
