2025/26 Beto

….he’s so frustrating, I just can’t help thinking how much better we’d be with a truly effective no9. Saying that, it’s hard not to like the lads attitude and he’s getting his goals at the moment.
He's had a great season, but:

1. He's scored 7 penalties
2. The second goal today he had absolutely no idea about

Yes you still need to convert penalties, but if you remove those 8 goals you're looking at the following:

Thiago, 2748 minutes, 13 open play goals: 1 goal every 211 minutes.

Beto, 1280 minutes, 7 open play goals: 1 goal every 182 minutes

Verdict: Beto is better.

Obviously I'd trade Beto for Thiago in a heartbeat, but just some interesting stats I thought.
