You take our princes name out of your mouth. One might make the case he was one of our best strikers post LukakuThink thead is one of the worst strikers I've seen here, with only Niasse, Angell and Stracqualursi being in the conversation with him, but you have to give credit where it's due and I think he probably had his best game for us yesterday.
Most of the time, I think opposition teams look at their most dangerous when Beto gets the ball because he's bound to give it to them and let them counter, but yesterday he ran channels, held the ball up ok and did well for his goal.
please. not delap Chelsea can keep him or send him back to IpswichTalk of Liam Delap coming in the Summer. Who would you prefer: Beto or Delap?
Delap of course

Think thats the advantage he has over Barry currently in that he engages defendersI think both Burn and Thiaw must have been delighted to have seen him go off, he bullied the pair of them all afternoon. Didn't give them a moments peace.
That is funny on so many levelsImagine a world where Moyes went 442 and Beto and Barry ran Arsenal ragged.![]()
He did and he's got the physique to bully anyone in the league.I think both Burn and Thiaw must have been delighted to have seen him go off, he bullied the pair of them all afternoon. Didn't give them a moments peace.
We've seen him bully CBs all game long. We've seen him been an absolute handful. He did and he's got the physique to bully anyone in the league.
Even if strikers aren't playing well, they should still be a handful.
I always think if you see centre halves looking physically knackered at the end of the game, your strikers done his job.
It wasn't just that, the ball was actually sticking to him and he was bringing others into play. It's not as if he was just running around chasing defenders, he was involved with the play and using his strength to bully the defenders in those situations. He did and he's got the physique to bully anyone in the league.
