I don't think he's a world beater but is proving he obviously had more to offer than we were seeing previously. Play the ball in front of him and he can finish, that'll more than do for us.

What I really liked about his goal today is that he didn’t rush it or lash at it, he just caressed it past the keeper. That shows a bit of confidence rather than the panicked snatching at shots we were seeing from our forwards a couple of months ago. Goals and results breed confidence which then translates to better play, better decision making and the ability to shrug off missed chances and keep hunting for opportunities. We need him to stay fit, he’s not the perfect striker but he’s certainly stepped up when we’ve really needed him. Pleased for him

I think the pairing of him and Charly is gonna be really fruitful. Both seem to like getting stuck in and physical. They were reading each other well and moving together.
