BEST GOAL SEEN AT GOODISON?

I'd literally be here all night if I thought about Everton goals, so i've just thought of some scored against us.

I seem to remember Kieron Dyer scoring a great solo goal back in the really dark days of the Smith era

Laurent Robert also scored a screamer years ago as well (apparently Newcastle score worlds against us)

Didn't Yakubu smash a belter in his Portsmouth days as well.

Anyway, enough of talking about goals against

Sheedy against Ipswich retaken free kick. My explanation would not do it justice. Think Paul Cooper was in goal and he was a good keeper. Won't see a free kick like it again

Pat Nevin against Utd think it finished 3-2. Jim Leighton in goal rushing out towards him just lifted it over. About 4 mins in to the link

Best goal I have seen personally at Goodison is Trevor Steven's against Sunderland in '85.

Most memorable goal is Steven's against Bayern Munich, still sends shivers down my back each time I think of it.

84-85 a very good week in October. Bt RS at a field, sharp mega goal, inter Bratislava away then murdered MU 5-0.

And so The Lord came unto us and said "you shall win the Canon league", the disciples rejoiced along County Road and the One known as The Dome did make water turn into whiskey.
