Most of my favourites already mentioned but one that made me go mental as a young lad was Danny Cadamarteri against the RS when he cut inside and then smacked it bottom corner.

Remember I was following it on Sky Men Watching Football and Thompson was covering the match. He was livid. Loved it.

I think I was about seven years old and I had just been understanding that day how my dad and his mates hated them and were resigned already that they were going to beat us and we'd have a [Poor language removed] weekend! First time I felt that feeling of proper joy from an Everton goal

Got to be Alan Ball, one Saturday night, fa cup, big screens up at anfield because, in those pre Sky days, we just couldn't accommodate all the people who wanted to see the game, Bally, as always, on the big occasions stepped up to knock our lovely neighbours out of the cup. 67 It was, I was 14, I'm 64 now, but, still my favourite goal.
