Would have included Linaker bur didn't think one year was enough, would have included Rooney but wWayne was an all-
round player, better than just a striker, one of the best players I have ever seen for Everton.

Can't half tell a lot of 'youngsters' have replied to this thread!

I'm the only one who has mentioned Fred Pickering so far. His record stands up against most other Everton strikers: 70 goals in 115 appearances. Quite some strike rate!

Vernon should probably be on the list as well

Saha was absolute horse dung for 80% of his time here, I couldn't stand him, people only remember the FA Cup final goal and the 4 against Blackpool. Don't think he touched the ball for the other 93 minutes of that final either.
