Much as I detest Greene King, their beers, and their takeovers of regional beers, I have to admit they their iteration of Old Speckled Hen, which was originally brewed by Morlands, was just as I remembered, a delicious and tasty pint.
Morlands brewed some lovely beers, Revival dark mild being a particular favourite. Such a shame so many regional breweries have been swallowed up by rapacious capitalist monsters.
