Beer, revisited

I think British beer has been the best it has been for ages tbh. I think the price rises as in a way done this, as it's got rid of a lot of the crapper breweries and it's stopped some of the krazy beers that weren't really needed

And yes I know it's bad for jobs and publicans before I get attacked 🫣
I actually think there's more decent pubs now than there has been for a long time now, too, or at least there is in Liverpool.

Last week, I had some colleagues up from London; they were genuinely amazed with the quality of pubs in such a short walk from each other.

We went to the Queen of Hope St, The White Hart, Ye Cracke, The Bridewell, The Denbigh, The Ship and Ye Hole in the Wall over two nights...

... and I could have gone to many others.

Many newer ones seem to be going with less choice/taps but better quality too which will help, especially with cask
