Beer, revisited

The Guest House usually has decent well kept beer on and the Tap and Bottles micro, does some varied and decent stuff too.

The Masons Arms is worth a shout too.
Went to Guest House today. Lovely to see a mild on, had a couple, grew in me nicely I have to say.

Had a couple of pints of these. Very tasty with a nice malty undertone.

The pub is how I like them to be, various rooms and and seating outside which is a bit of a suntrap. Got a bit strange before I left though, one of the rooms filled up with a load of banjo players who were strumming way like nobody's business.

I am heading to Boston Ma. in a couple of weeks time, looking forward to sampling some of their beers.
I did a tour of Boston Brewery when I went, it’s a nice place to go for a pint and some food. At the end of the tour we had about 30 minutes in a separate little taproom to sample as much as you wanted, with a half-pint glass.
