Good lady missus had some port left over after making red cabbage.
Without any Stilton in the house I did the next best thing and poured it in a Guinness

Found at, where else, but Costco today...done by Deschutes brewery apparently. Pricey at $10 a bottle; no idea if it's a US exclusive. Better not disappoint. I'll update once it's in mah belly. Stouts, porters etc are a once-a-month treat now with my kidney BS.
Though my pic's bogus, don't bother with this if it makes it across the pond. Way overpriced for what it is and it made a hasty oral exit about 2 hour later but that's probably because of my medical situation + high alcohol content + beer type. Sorry I'm late on the update but it wasn't a great experience for multiple reasons so it quickly left my memory bank.
