Beer, revisited



Any recommendations for good craft spots in Liverpool city centre?
Are you talking about good traditional cask ales or the fashionable crafty stuff? For the former, I'd go to the Fly (in the Loaf), The Belvedere or The Ship (and Mitre).

If you're talking about the latter, I'd say the Ship again, Love Lane Brewery or The Dead Crafty Beer Company (just over the road from the Ship).

For me, the best pub in the city if you're talking about the selection of good beers, a warm and friendly atmosphere and filled with Evertonians pre and post match.

I think that may have been the first bar i ever went to in Liverpool, but was to young to drink then.
