Back in one of the pubs I used to work in to catch up with the landlord who I've not seen since covid, and a lovely pint from BBF.

Yeah, I thought there was a couple, but they've got a stack, 2 on tap as well.

Still such a great beer.

Pint of Black Sheep pale ale at the White Star this lunchtime. Very nice, would have had more but the mythical bus awaited.

Any of you tried this lovely drop? Beerlao IPA. Pretty naughty beverage, although not sure how easy it is to find in the UK.

Our lovely government have increased the alcohol tax again, it won't be uncommon for pubs to be charging $15AUD a pint in the coming months.

Like in Singapore mate, disgraceful prices. I remember sharing a three litre tower with a mate and it set us back about $60 SGD.

Thailand, so Laos beer is in plentiful supply here. Thai beer is crap like.

You'd think so.
We've always been taxed quite high on Alcohol, but it's just jumped again.

I home brew so can get some salvage there, but going out to watch the togger has knobs on it at $15 a pint.
