Baxter is looking like a hot prospect and the way he is playing in pre season is promising, he assisted the Jags header vs Preston, hit a great shot that cracked the bar against them and then last night scored a belter vs Forest, its looking good for the lad, the only downside is that he is a Liverpool fans apparently

I'd be a bit worried playing him against Blackburn, think he would do well in the game but if he does the likes of Chelski and Utd. will step up their pursuit of him and i'd hate to see another great talent leave before we see the best of him. Plus they could take him for free with him only being 16

Interesting. Gosling, Lukas, Turner, Rodwell and Baxter all travelling.

Irving, O'Kane, Ruddy, Agard and Molyneux missed out. I think VdM's injury just did wonders for Mr Baxter, since the others were (theoretically at least) all first team squad members.

hibbert, cahill, VDM, johnson, yobo, vaughan all missing. osman fit?

the kids will still have a part to play in the U.S.

Vaughan is on the list, but he's not fit yet. Osman isn't fit either from what he said yesterday. Basically, Rodwell will probably start in midfield.

I think Vaughan said he'll get some games over in the US, he'll definatly be fit for the Blackburn game if everything goes to plan.

Ossie will be back in a few day, that's what he said anyway. Nothing long term.

the OS lists their come back dates as 'unknown'. that kind of means very, very long term the way i read it.

it would be nice if they were to at least try to give some information like 1-2 weeks or 1-2 months.
