Avant Browser is an IE mod. At least it was back when I used it. For the tabbed browsing.

Opera is good too.

but Opera come on. Its unfortunate. Its like dressing up smartly, doing your hair nice, good splash of Brut, getting to the party and noticing everyone looks like Brad Pitt.

I USE FIREFOX !!!! I have just heard Opera is good. I used to use that one, way back when, but have long since moved on. Mozilla all the way!!

Can't argue with Firefox. But Safari works better on a Mac. Firefox is better for developing.
