I knew we had some bad bad d***s at senior levels at this club, but this takes the biscuit it really does...

You couldn't physically describe a better Evertonian than bally. I often wondered what motivated him to go to the extremes he does to follow the club but the answer was visible in the match reports; a very obvious love for the club.

I'm just speechless. GOT is a very neutral site, so for Dan to come out and post on it speaks volumes. The club should be actually ashamed of themselves.

I have absolutely no idea what to do about it though. Can we petition effectively or...? I mean, as it stands reading that, I'm finding it difficult to support the club in any way. It's a PR disaster. From a solely logical view, there's no reason for this to happen. There's no "dodginess" as far as I can tell and this thread wouldn't exist if there was, so basically we've saw Everton shoot themselves in the foot here for no reason other than sheer spite.

The AGM cancellations were indicative. The "open letters from Bob" and the vitriol from his blogs were suggestive. But this is simply ridiculously obvious.

We're ran by c*nts. Apologies for that word, but there's no other way to describe them. Are they even Evertonians? Do they have any affinity for the club?

This could have been sorted so much easier. Address the "problems" and jobs a good 'un. I'm sure bally would have deleted Twitter and pretty much bent over backwards to avoid the ban, but reading that it's basically "we know where you post, and we're banning you no matter what to stop it."

Just... meh, horrible feeling about this club and the little Hitlers we have running it.

I also collected the team sheets from the games as I am an avid collector of everything to do with Everton, I received an e mail from the club 2 weeks later telling me that I was no longer being sent them which I thought was very petty and how much more could they do to destroy my love for the club.

This part... I can't even comprehend. At all. In any foreseeable way.

Everything else is stupid but at least there's a 1% possibility that they've just made a bad error rather than a concerted attempt to ban out of malice, but that quoted part is quite obviously vindictive.

It's a witch hunt. The cretins at the club should be utterly ashamed of themselves.

Only joined GOT a while ago I was a season tkt holder for 8 yrs when I lived back home and your reports was were a great way of what was happening with the youth coming through the ranks totally pished off at the way they can treat a fellow Blue like this ......the peoples club my a##se

Absolutely stunned to think the current incumbents are this crass with the loyalest of supporters. It's one thing to not have a workable plan to market Everton and attract new fans. It's entirely another to treat the (best of) the fans they do have in this way. I will certainly be letting the club know my feelings on this matter.

That is shocking , they advertise the fact we are "The People Club " , but they treat one of the most avid loyal supporters like this, is appalling.

Can we raise a petition and let the club know of our feelings on their abhorrent treatment of one of our brothers.

I suppose we can take some consolation in the fact that the people running EFC are temporary custodians.

A thing that frustrates me is that even with the technology available to us, I cannot find any information about the reserves
matches. Even on the Official website. I know that is not entirely relevant to the situation AB finds himself in, but maybe it's
another example of the indifference with which these custodians treat the supporters.

Saddened yet not surprised by all of this, as it's further evidence that the club has absolutely no idea about social media. I mean we've had the fiasco over banning the club crest on here. They initially tried to get the GOT Facebook page banned because we'd built a page before they had. We're not allowed to provide match updates on the page, and now this.

Seriously, the club should appreciate how much free publicity sites like this are giving them. Maybe D/D should start charging them for the work they do here. One suspects that the only way idiots will understand what's going on is when the fan power that exists in sites like this is turned against them.
