I agree that Baines wasn't very good yesterday, especially in the first half.

However he did get in to the game more in the 2nd half and made some good plays.

I'd have given him a 4 on his overall performance though as I think he can do better (and has shown better in the past).

And saying Baines didn't have any contribution... he had a bigger contribution than Valente who was completely lost at LB. After Baines was switched there their winger had lot less space.
