If I agreed with you, we’d both be wrong.
A deliberate hand ball is a red according to the rules. That's not even a yellow if a penalty is given I don't think, as the penalty is punishment enough

Barry, Mcneil and Keane
Meanwhile
These awful officials have once again made an unholy mess of handball. And who are the fall guys once again…you guessed it. It’s as if we’re in some sort of never-ending experiment to see how many outright wrong decisions can be given before we all combust with anger.
When you actually go through some of the handball decisions with us over the years in which VAR has been present, it’s staggering how we have fallen on the wrong side of every single one.
- Dele Alli’s blatant handball for Spurs, very similar to JOB’s this season, not awarded by VAR after three or four minutes of looking at it.
- Rodri stonewaller denied. Kavanagh didn’t even bother to refer on-field ref to the monitor to have a look, at a time when officials were constantly being told to go to screen.
- Onana handball against City awarded by ref when ball was smashed from close proximity.
- Romeu for Southampton stopped a cross with his arm in the box with a sizeable distance between man and ball, deemed not a pen by all officials.
- Tarkowski handball given by the linesman and upheld by VAR.
- KDH handball given by VAR, after a shot was blasted at him from close distance.
- Jake O’Brien handball against Arsenal awarded by VAR, somehow missed by ref.
- Which brings us to yesterday. As blatant as you can get. A new explanation to worm out of awarding a penalty we got. Accidental handball in the motion of grappling an opponent.
Well I can guarantee if roles were reversed and Barry scored a goal after knocking the ball away from Fernandes accidentally with his hand it would have been instantly disallowed. How can the rules be like this, where they can be manipulated and interpreted however they wish when it’s a defender handling the ball?
Rant over.
That sounds like a really good idea. It would be so much harder for them to defend the indefensible, when presented with more than one contentious issue at a time.If someone can be bothered to get all the clips together in a list for me, I’m happy to edit together a video of all the decisions this season. I’m quite good with video editing
(Added bonus if someone wants to get clips of decisions which didn’t get given eg, Grealish sent off for clapping, and Van Dijk not carded for it)
Same VAR as yesterday as wellBarry should have also had a pen in that Arsenal home game.
The only time it's ever a red is if they're stopping the ball from definitely going in the netA deliberate hand ball is a red according to the rules.
It wasn't deliberate thoughA deliberate hand ball is a red according to the rules.
It is strange that the ref on VAR gave the penalty against Tarks but not the one yesterday fo us. So inconsistent!!
Penalty to Liverpool.Angus writing to the pl about the corruption.
10 point deduction incoming.
