Throwing themselves down at every opportunity, head injuries galore, and he just let it happen. Konate taking 2 mins to leave the pitch when asked to leave, a prime example.
His real opportunity to stamp his Authority on the game was penalising Van Dijk, who blatantly went through Gana, without more than a foul, whilst pickford got booked.
Lots of shocking challenges, sly little pushes like Gakpo on Branthwaite... unpunished.
