Bad ref decisions - for and against - season 2025/26

The non-penalty call was a farce. Shoulder barging/tussling is fine when players are actually competing for the ball but there was absolutely no attempt or care from Jones to try and get the ball in that instance. All he cared about was making sure KDH couldn't. It's a foul anywhere on the pitch and it's daft that they aren't called more frequently. If he trips him up then it's a penalty, so why isn't a barge?

After 90 minutes of getting nothing, you can see why

But one thing I did notice, doesnt matter whether it was or wasn't any decision, which went our way, they surrounded the ref, and relented.

The ref let that happen time and time again. It definitely has an impact.
It does. And it seems it’s only the scum 6 can get away with it. The Mancs were doing it as well earlier this season.

That ref performance has finally finished me off with the game, I just knew we were getting done over when Van bader went through the back of Idrissa and Pickford got booked.

I’m just going the footy now to meet the lads, have a few bevvies and a bit of a laugh - cba getting myself to stressed out about the result because of these corrupt officials deciding the outcomes of games and match fixing in plain sight.
When you say, going to the"footy", you do mean non-league right?

I wasnt worried about the shoulders, it was the tangle of legs that brought KDH down. Thats happened outside the box, but was instrumental in bringing him down and he was last man.

Not sure if this is correct (I’d be amazed if it is in honesty), but just read that Kavannagh hasn’t booked a single Liverpool player in the last 5 (FIVE) occasions he’s reffed them?! That simply can’t be true can it?
Apparently it is. The bloke that Tweeted (ok…X) about it has added stats to prove it. Whilst it’s amazing, it’s not surprising is it? We’re talking Kavanagh.

It’s the last 4 times, it’s the longest consecutive run where the ref hasn’t given a yellow.

That table is filter on reffing them.
The opponents all got at least 1 yellow.
