For a decision to go our way it has to be 100%. Even still it might not get given.
Any doubt whatsoever and it doesn't go our way. This isn't the same for every club.
I love it when people ask why are the rules not black and white.
They need them to be "open to interpretation" so that they can manipulate them to go with whatever reslut they want the match to go.
I genuinely think the PL have the league already decided at the start of the season. Then they just adjust as the season goes on and they just tell the refs what results they want.
They cant 100% guarantee a result but they can 100% influence it the way they want too.
