Once again, check the badge, it's little old Everton so it doesn't matter.

It should just be a straight forward pen
- that not only should VAR give - but the ref should absolutely be awarding on the pitch without the need of any replays

Should be in for a good amount of penalties in the second season if these things so famously even themselves out over the course of the season

This is the big issue. The PL and PGMOL don't care a jot for us or Burnley but if Man City or Arsenal had a similar incident would it have been cleared in a few seconds? Not a chance. I'm not saying they would have definitely given a penalty but they'd have spent a good couple of minutes pouring over camera angles.

Just back, checking to see if Moyes or any of the players freaked out after the game. I presume they didnt.
Moyes probably looking for oppo players he used to manage to grab a quick photo.
It was a clear peno and the club should pitch a fit!
