I voted for Jagielka, I really don't know why. Still can't understand the lack of fight and desire from the 'players', whose lack of pace over the whole team is frightening. Koeman has a massive problem right now and I'm not sure he's the man to fix it.

The outfield players were as poor as anything we have seen in modern times.
Scott Gemmill would walk into that side last night, they were that bad.

The effort, where is it?

MOTM: The washing machine.

It's the playing all the games like they're end of the season dead rubbers that's the most aggravating.

On the plus side, Vlasic and Sandro played quite well.

Still annoyed about this.

What a bunch of sackless turds.....

Media are absolutely loving our peril as well.

Nothing to do with the media loving it, it can't be overstated how bad they were that first half. We're not getting half the negative attention that Arsenal get for being comfortably better than us.

The narrative of Everton splashing the cash and getting it so wrong can't be ignored. If you play as bad as we did last night then it needs reporting. There was absolutely no positives whatsoever apart from Stek.

Every Blue who travelled should get a cheque from the club to cover expenses.

Have to say any team that lacks passion is screwed right from the off. If these players cant be motivated for prem and europa games then there is something deeply wrong here.

The Daily LFC Mirror laid into us good and proper with some shocking marks - apparently Rooney was worth a 5/10, DCL and Gylfi 4/10 and the rest 2 and 3.. including Stek who, according to the moron who marked them was a 3/10 and didn't "cover himself in glory" - what exactly did he do wrong apart from fail to stop 2 tap ins (or was it 3, by then I'd lost interest)

Utterly dreadful. Nobody appeared to know what they were supposed to be doing an seemed to have forgotten how to play football. That and none of them seemed arsed either.

My sister came round just after half time to show me her new car - I thanked her for it.

Going to be in Blackpool on Sunday so will miss the utter bumming the mancs will inflict on us. What a time to be a blue :(
