A great win considering how much you would have expected villa to be up for their first home game with a new manager. Even better when you consider we dominated the majority of it against a team we haven't got a great league record against recently. 6 points from man utd at home and villa away...ace

Look, sometimes it's harder to beat 10 men. I don't know why, but it is. It's weird.

I hate it when we are up big. Players start relaxing and picking up bad habits which always seems to carry on into the next match.

Spurs are AVB'd, Arse is kind of thin and they are in the C-league. If we can take care of Newcastle in a couple weeks then I think 4th is a real possibility.

Did you see Mirallas walking off the pitch then he just walked off the pitch and didn't even take any notice of Fellaini and Baines that's a sign of things to come no commitment no desire for the team he's just a mercenary who's happy to sit on the bench and pick up his wage at the end of the week it's a disgrace really and we don't have players like that at Everton Moyes has made the wrong decision it's a disgrace really.
OMG,what utter nonsense ! Davek will be proud of you lid.

Fully deserved win and overall great performance from the team . If we can continue playing at this level then top 4 will be a real possibility .

Lovely that, so refreshing to see us play this way and score so early on.

Credit to you Mr Moyes, I haven't seen this side of you in a good few years.

Yep..

Glad to see Coleman have a good game after some people were starting to write him off..

6 points from 6, shame about the Villa goal but would have taken that at the start

Great performance and another 3 points. Took foot of the gas and got a bit sloppy towards the end. Thought Pienaar and Baines linked superbly as usual and Mirallas looks pacey and will be a great addition. Naismith looks well capable aswell
